I sculpted a head a jaw line, then used a fabric hinge and put some hand hold in it so it could come out of a trap and snap open and close.

Welded boxes and ramps
These boxes fit inside each other with expandable metal on top. The ramps were used as various set pieces including being set on the boxes for a runway.
